Our Dr Biljana Ignatovski attended a three-day seminar with Professor Martinolli in Amsterdam, in the field of musculoskeletal ultrasound. This was her first education held by Professor Martinolli, but third from the field of musculoskeletal ultrasound.

Education lasted for 3 days, from October 30th till November 1st 2019.
The main topic of the seminar was appliance of ultrasound in diagnostics of shoulder and hip pathology.
The motive for attending the seminar is her love for this field of medicine and her desire for new knowledge and skills.
The seminar was attended by just over 50 participants from all over the world, mostly from Europe. There were 3 participants from Croatia.
Education was intended for all those involved in this area, including radiologists, orthopods, physiatrists, physiotherapists…
The strongest impression was certainly the amount of knowledge and extensive experience of professor Martinolli, which is a great impetus for further learning and development.
All the topics were equally interesting, but maybe the most interesting was the one about possibilities of ultrasound in monitoring individual nerves and detecting pathological changes on them.
She would definitely want to complete all four thematic seminars of this type.
She received a greater breadth of diagnostics through this education, as well as new ideas for further development and progress. She considers that with each new education, you become a better diagnostician, more confident in what you do and more satisfied with your job and this always reflects on your everyday work. At the same time, these educations give you the opportunity to see where you are compared to the opportunities that exist and how much space you still have to learn and invest further in yourself and your knowledge.
