Es kann mit anderen Verfahren kombiniert werden, meistens mit Fettabsaugung und \/ oder Ges\u00e4\u00dfstraffung.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>KANDIDATEN F\u00dcR DEN EINGRIFF<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dieses Verfahren hilft Menschen, die einen erheblichen Teil ihres K\u00f6rpergewichts verloren haben und \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Haut haben, die trotz Ern\u00e4hrung und Bewegung nicht zur\u00fcckgeht. \u00dcbersch\u00fcssige Haut mit Tonusverlust ist ebenfalls Teil des Alterungsprozesses. Daher entscheiden sich auch Menschen, die ihren K\u00f6rper visuell verj\u00fcngen m\u00f6chten, f\u00fcr dieses Verfahren.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Gespr\u00e4ch und die Beratung mit dem Chirurgen, die Untersuchung und Analyse der Region, die dem Eingriff unterzogen wird, mit Einblick in Ihren Gesundheitszustand bilden die Grundlage f\u00fcr die Vorbereitung des Eingriffs. Sie werden \u00fcber den Ablauf des Verfahrens informiert und erhalten einen Einblick in das erwartete Ergebnis mit allen erforderlichen Hinweisen zum postoperativen Verlauf.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>VORBEREITUNG AUF DEN EINGRIFF<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Standard Blut- und Urintests: KKS; SE, Koagulogramm, GUK, Harnstoff, Kreatinin; Urin vollst\u00e4ndig, EKG. Alle Tests k\u00f6nnen auch in der Arcadia-Poliklinik durchgef\u00fchrt werden.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AUFNAHME IN DIE POLIKLINIK<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Aufnahme in die Poliklinik f\u00fcr \u00e4sthetische und plastische Chirurgie Arcadia wurde zuvor telefonisch vereinbart. Es kann morgens am Tag der Operation oder am Abend vor dem Eingriff sein. Der Einschnitt erfolgt an der Innenseite des Oberschenkels, von der Leiste hinten bis zur Ges\u00e4\u00dffalte, so dass er in den Hautfalten verborgen bleibt.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>POSTOPERATIVER VERLAUF<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die postoperative Versorgung dauert bis zu 24 Stunden nach dem Eingriff. Nach der Operation k\u00f6nnen wie bei anderen chirurgischen Eingriffen Bluterg\u00fcsse und Schwellungen im operierten Bereich auftreten. Um diese zu lindern und die Narbe zu minimieren, muss nach dem Eingriff drei Wochen lang und nur nachts weitere drei Wochen lang ein Kompressionstrikot oder ein Verband getragen werden.<\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ENDERGEBNIS<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Ergebnisse der Operation sind sofort sichtbar, die \u00fcbersch\u00fcssige Haut wurde entfernt und mit der Wiederherstellung des Gewebes und dem Verschwinden der blauen Flecken wird der visuelle Eindruck besser.
