Arcadia Clinic works in collaboration with Labor Centar for MEDICAL-BIOCHEMICAL tests taken from our patients.
The laboratory Labor Centar is part of the group Synlab GmBH & Co. KG, founded in 1998 in Germany, which recognized the quality of this institution and today gather most of the leading laboratories in several countries of European Union, offering more than 4000 different laboratory tests, from which Labor Centar works with more than 200 tests (Hematology, biochemistry, microbiology) and allergy tests, being possible to detect more than 600 allergens. All the rest of the tests are analyzed in collaborative accredited laboratories.

SAFETY OF BREAST IMPLANTS
A lot is heard about the safety of silicon-filled breast implants but it is science and facts that should guide you in this case. An update of the Los Angeles Augmentation Mammaplasty study by Dr. D. Deapen and collaborators in a follow up of 15 years in women with gel-filled breast implants showed no increased risk of breast cancer in a large study group of patients.

BREAST IMPLANTS USED IN ARCADIA CLINIC
Recently appeared in the news around the world the problem with breast implants from the company Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) in France, which is related to the use of industrial quality silicone in manufacturing of breast implants. We want to inform our present and potential customers that this trademark of implants has never been used in ARCADIA Clinic. We use only trademarks of the highest quality from Mentor and Natrelle (Allergan) companies, that use medical quality silicon with a long record of testing and medical research proving their safety.
